LED magic wand!

Hello, dear habrasoobschestvu!
With the upcoming, and almost New, Year !!!
In a fit of good mood, I wanted to do something like that, after sitting with a soldering iron for half an hour I had a magic wand that congratulates you on New Year !!!

I apologize in advance for not having written a lesson on how to make such a weight, but I will do it as soon as the first opportunity appears!
The basic principle of such a stick is the inertia of our vision, i.e. we see something that has already gone out a while ago. Picking up the time of the glow of one line can be achieved that we will see the picture! This is how the miracle wand works.
