Ability to “re-vote” for a comment.

Most likely, this has already been discussed, but it is better to repeat than not to say. :)

So, maybe add the ability to change your rating for comments on habratopikam? After all, a person can change his opinion, right? Or, say, just to miss and push the wrong way, who knows what ...
