Silent picture names

Familiar name, is not it?
Digital cameras, cell phones with a camera, leaves a similar silent name to the captured images. When shooting with a single device, there are no questions with the sequence of the plot while viewing photos, but when 2, 3 and more do not understand.
Idle function - “save in Ymd H: i: s format”, but I was not able to meet in any camera.
This is half the trouble, since the data on the date and time can be taken from EXIF, but more often they are not displayed correctly, but they differ completely by month and year. This problem is solved by the built-in GPS camera (although there are still very few such devices). I just want a simple time synchronization that includes connecting to a computer, it’s not difficult to do, but I doubt if any of the manufacturers did.
