It became known about the decision to include MIEM in MGUPI. Behind these words is the intention to close MIEM. There is no reliable information about the intentions of the future "owner" of the space regarding its new asset and the fate of the team. Everyone saw how, at one point, the Military Engineering Academy disappeared, in its place the Higher School of Economics reigned - its next building. It is hard to believe, looking at all this, in the sincerity of the intentions of "merging" universities.

We call on all our graduates and staff, students and just sympathizers to spread this information in the Network and the media. In your eyes, the university is dying, which not only was one of the elite universities of the country, but now, after a deep crisis in the 90s, it is becoming a forge of highly qualified personnel in the most modern areas in great demand in the country.

These people are building something that so many say “tops”, but where it goes a little further than “budget development”. Only in the last two years, on the basis of this department, two successful companies engaged in innovative technologies in IT have been formed.
