Bad management vs. curved arms

In many types of business, and especially in web development, “bad management” is a popular explanation of all problems.
They try to treat him by working out the formulation of tasks by the performers, by right conversations with customers, by cunning writing of contracts and TK.
But everything is much simpler on the one hand, and much more complicated on the other ...



Whatever methods would be used to determine the sequence of works in a project, if each of the works is performed poorly, then it is even intuitively clear that the entire project will go to the bottom. Hence a simple conclusion - to do well the main work (such as writing components, layout, etc.).

But the previous conclusion is deeply theoretical - difficulties arise with the implementation of this conclusion in practice. However, the implementation strategy for most companies, especially young ones, is original and, from my point of view, incorrect.
Instead of doing the “straightening” of the hands — learning, learning and learning how to program, typeset, draw design, test (which is, of course, difficult, not easy and not easy again), the psychologically more comfortable explanation of the problems is “everything business in management ". And literature is bought, about how to graze cats, etc., when in fact there are not even cats, but there is something completely unintelligible. Literature is mastered in the amount of knowledge of "buzz" words like PMI, Agile and the like.
But miracles do not happen, the focus with management fails ...
