Using the keyword database, we conducted a study in which we received a list of words for which Adwords advertisers paid in 2006 more than $ 1,000,000 per month:
The cost per click here is not the highest, but because of the high traffic, advertiser costs (and, accordingly, Adsense webmasters' earnings) are quite high.
