After 6 months, the situation is generally strangely resolved, after the next kick from the authorities, the chief administrator raised the vpn + internet connection, but for some reason, instead of the standard constant, I connected an ultra-megabit, which cost 35000 rubles at that time, I was indignant but he reassured and said that everything will be fine.

Consequences after work

They overdid so much that they connected me with several tariffs at once (Internet, Internet + vpn, ultra megabit) and imagine what was going on in the accounting department after billing, and billing also turned off everything and, accordingly, the work of the entire enterprise for December 2008 rose completely , neither salaries, nor electronic document turnover, however, they could not solve this problem quickly either, they tortured me and the accountants for another 3 months , thus, vpn and the Internet had not worked for 9 months in a row.

In the end, the problem was still decided by filing a lawsuit in court, suing a full refund, plus legal and moral costs.
