Setting the popularity barrier for the first page

Maybe I was not looking carefully, but in my opinion there is no way for Habré to tweak that barrier of positive votes, having typed that the topics start to get on the first page and in the RSS subscription, respectively. It is good for those who have their personal barrier coincides with Habrovsky, which is not so for me. You have to work as a filter yourself.
