Budget table

For a half dozen years, he made several designs. I share the recipe. Benefits:

• The design is cheap and easy to manufacture.
• You can set any height tops.
• great depth of the table. Previously used under the CRT monitor tube. I wonder what you put there today?
• There is where to stretch the legs (from the edge of the table to an angle of 80cm).
• efficient use of room space. The visual volume of the room is not reduced, because visible perimeter floor and ceiling.

The table top is made of solid chipboard (600mm wide). The first version was made from the usual polished worktop of the old desk.



Corners are cut off from the original rectangle and the resulting trapezium is attached to the wall with corners (blue circles).

A far corner of the table is cut out of the trimming and placed on two washers bolted to the tabletop from below (green in the diagram) and a screw screwed into the wall (red). You can make a shelf from another trim.



A socket block is fixed under the table top.

Cost price:

• Worktop: 600x1600 ~ 700 rubles
• Corners for the tabletop: 4 pcs ~ 20 rub
• Shelves: 20x100x3 + 20x130x3 + 25x15x4 ~ 350 rub
• Tape for edging shelves: ~ 50 rub
• Screws and euro screws: ~ 50 rub
• Shelves for shelves: 100x125 ~ 10 pcs ~ 140 rub

Total: Table and shelves: 750 + 600 = 1350 (with stock)

PS: The system unit on the wall is the result of the fight against noise. The heavier the base, the less resonant from the body. Therefore, hanging on the wall. Ideally, better on the main wall.
