iPhone 3GS officially comes to Russia

MegaFon OJSC agreed with Apple Inc. for sale from Q1 2010 iPhone 3GS phones in Russia, said the director of public relations operator Peter Lidov.

“Last week we reached an agreement in principle on the supply of iPhone 3GS to Russia. We expect to start selling them in the MegaFon retail network in the first quarter of 2010, ”he said.

The volume of supplies and purchase prices for the new iPhone are not reported.

As previously reported, if the companies had not agreed to change the terms of the agreement on the sale of smartphones, Apple could sue MegaFon.
