Management By Mood Ring . As we found out when studying the Core Protocol approach, emotions are a huge resource for project success. Emotions give a lot of information to the team and serve as a basic level of building team spirit. But if managers begin to use emotions for motivation, for voicing the status of a project, then it is worth considering whether I’m in the right team :)
