Energy saving problems can be solved soon! This is claimed by MIT architecture professor Sheila Kennedy. She and her partner Frano Violić designed a “soft house” using energy absorbed by photovoltaic curtains. Under the cut a lot of concept images.
After much research, they managed to create a Soft House project - a structure that can receive 16,000 Wh * at the expense of curtains, which are used as light elements of absorption and processing of solar energy.

The project uses photovoltaic fabrics derived from organic materials. Unlike conventional solar panels, they can be easily modified and pressed.

Currently, there are already several working prototypes of the "soft house".
