Spammers use search results in social networks!

I read an article today spam in social networks. So I decided to make a brief retelling :)
As you know, search bots literally live on many social networks. The members of the so-called big three, namely, Google, Microsoft Bing and Yahoo Search, have already included in the results of the search on Twitter, Facebook - will not soon become an exception and also appear in the search results. Well, this fact, of course, very attractive to spammers.

Here are some statistics: today 88% of all email messages are spam. The number of compromised websites found this year by Symantec MessageLabs was an average of 2,465. per day, which is eight percent more than in 2008. Many analysts believe that the decision of search giants will only make it easier for spammers to promote their links to the top of the search results.

The google system filters spam links both manually and automatically. Probably, they take monkeys there for this work, because of course it’s not easy to manage with so much spam :) And in spite of this, everyone can post an ad with a Twitter link on a “hot” topic, for example, the topic “fire in Russia "for a few moments (and this is about a couple of minutes :)) the link will appear in the search results of any Google user who typed the word" fire in Russia "in the search bar.

In general, the search engines have a new headache, and people are finding new ways of PR. Only after reading this article do not run straight into twitter yet it’s not good to fill search results with slag :)
