If someone has not yet seen - came up with a curious thing in Samsung. How can you dramatically "improve" the vertical viewing angle of the screens on TN-matrices without extra expenses?
The technology is called MagicAngle. The gamma of the monitor is adjusted so that when looking, say, from the bottom, the image has the correct colors, but at the right angle the colors “float”. Conveniently, for example, if the TV hangs on the kitchen high on the wall, and you always look at it from below. As I understand it, there are several preset modes.

This, of course, can be called a hoax, and the word “correcting” in the title should be written in quotes, but it performs its function.

PS Perhaps VESA-mount with adjustable vertical angle for the TV will be more simple and versatile solution, but still MagicAngle cheaper. And it is not always possible to reject the screen to the desired level.
