Yesterday, a cute person from VGTRK called me (a gig, I also asked if I knew such a company and didn’t use to decipher - All-Russian State (!) Teleradio Company).

So, this cute man has persistently asked me to remove video clips from the site of Sport TV channel from the site .
These clips are laid out on Video.Mail.Ru . There I sent him sobssna.
The question is - in our legislation what is written about this? In theory, the VGTRK must present all its claims to Mail.Ru or is it to me ?
Were there any cases in RuNet concerning the issue of copyright compliance with video files like Youtube vs Viacom ?
