Here it is important to remember that open-ended questions are needed to form a solution, and closed questions are needed to consolidate .

Consolidation - Did I understand you correctly, at 15-00 documents will be already in place? Result: You can safely report that at some time the documents will be in another organization.
3. Indicate who needs it. It improves communication in the team.
The chip is so obvious that many do not notice it. Saying “designers need ...” is longer by one word than “necessary ...” only a person immediately understands for whom this is done. Yes, and helps to distinguish personal issues from workers.
4. Praise for what is done well, advise what can be done better. This makes re-delegation easier.

6. Warn about liability. This causes a personal interest in solving the problem.
