A letter from the past or “They have been waiting for the promised three years” ...

The cold morning of a frosty winter foreshadowed no news. I went into my soap box, saw a letter from “Kaspersky Lab Support TEST” there and was surprised, because I have not used their antivirus for two years now (not because of the quality, but just took the free option). Curiosity got the better and I opened the letter. What was my surprise when I read the text ...



First, I could not remember that I asked them, because they did not even quote the question. Secondly, I wondered why their server suddenly remembered me and decided to justify myself that for three and a half years more than 24 hours. Thirdly - what is TEST? Do they check on old appeals new system?
It remains only hope that someday they will process my request and I will remember what I wanted ...
