ProDigits bionic fingers from Touch Bionics

The British company Touch Bionics has invented a device with which a person with an amputated brush or born without it can take various, including small objects, operate on them, and even write. ProDigits bionic fingers can be a salvation for 1.2 million people around the world. The device is attached to the extremities that have survived and, thanks to special sensors connected to the skin, is able to receive signals from the brain and react accordingly. Each ProDigits unit is made individually for each patient and costs about 65 thousand dollars (however, not a cheap pleasure). There are even several types of shells for bionic fingers, including imitating the skin. And just look at how cleverly you can handle with a mechanical brush - the video below.
