LG Electronics announced the release of its newest HSDPA-smartphone
LG-KS10 in Italy. LG-KS10 runs on Symbian OS, equipped with a full browser and a wide 2.4-inch display. The owners of this smartphone will be able to visit any sites accessible from a regular computer, and view their full versions, and not cut down, as usual, for mobile phones.
“The new smartphone will meet the needs of a growing number of consumers who are waiting for services available on their personal computer from their mobile phone. This category of phones has a huge potential in today's market, ”said Scott Ahn, senior executive director of LG Electronics Mobile Communications Company.
In addition, products and services from Google are pre-installed on LG-KS10 - Google Search, Gmail Mobile and Google Maps Mobile. Later this year, the LG-KS10 will be launched in the rest of Europe, as well as in Southeast and Central Asia.
