The problem with running WM

This is how it turned out that I now urgently need to go to WM, but it does not start ...

I'll start from the beginning:
1) Begin to give an error (I do not remember the text of the error, there was something with
the word FRAME). I decided to reinstall WM
2) I deleted WM. But when I tried to install WM, I received an error: Warning!
Custom User Interface plugin raised exception for event EV_SHOWDIALOGS. But
through the command line I registered wmk_ru.exe / s and still installed
attachment.
3) Now, when I try to log in to WM Keeper, I get nothing, no errors,
No glitches, the keeper just does not go. (Although in the task manager process
Webmoney.exe is the first 3 seconds after launch, there is also a process
wmagent.exe, but in the lower right corner I don’t see the WM icon :()
