Following the link to antizapret.ru - I saw the information that using this site you can go to "classmates" and "in contact".
I think that info is useful to people on both sides of the barricades: both admins and users.

PS: It is interesting that they keep the username and password for both sites or immediately make redirects through their proxy? Therefore, I still advise you to think 7 times before entering your credentials there.
