If you are tired of uploading your documents one by one to Google Server, or downloading documents from Google Docs, and you want to be able to batch download, then you just need to read this text ...
Export all documents from Google DocsGoogle Docs & Spreadsheets does not offer tools that allow you to export all documents at once. But if you use Firefox, then you can use the
script for Greasemonkey , which creates links to downloadable versions of your documents and tables on the page.
You will need two add-ons:
Greasemonkey and
DownThemAll , probably the best download manager for Firefox (although you can use another add-on that downloads all the files that are linked to on the page). After installing the add-ons and restarting the browser, add
this script and load the
Google Docs page.
At the top of the page you will see a new Download link and a drop-down menu that allows you to select the format in which the files will be exported. After selecting the format and clicking on the Download button, you will only have to right-click anywhere on the page to open the browser's context menu, select DownThemAll and select All files, then select the folder for export and click Start.

Batch Import Documents to Google DocsGoogle Docs does not have the ability to batch fill documents, so it takes a very long and tedious time to upload one file to the server - do you agree that it’s unpleasant to do such a procedure if there are several hundreds of documents?
Fortunately, the latest version of
Google Toolbar for Firefox offers the ability to upload files to Google Docs by simply dragging and dropping documents to the browser. That is, to batch upload files, you only need to mark the necessary documents in your file manager and drag them into the browser window.
To enable the function, go to the Google Docs & Spreadsheets page with the toolbar installed. After that, you will be prompted to enable this feature. However, you can go to the Google Toolbar settings and tick Docs & Spreadsheets support.
