In connection with all sorts of flu, bronchitis had to look at the clinic at the place of residence (Polyclinic № 4, Tyumen). And I was somewhat surprised by the software used there. DOS program launched from under the Norton Commander. Accompanied until now (it was written “version of 10.22.2009”). I visited the therapist three times, and all three times during my visit the nurse complained about this program to the doctor: then she lost the data that she got yesterday, then some reference book fell off, then some duplicates appeared.
Who is aware of the situation in the automation of health care? How are things in other regions?
Maybe someone knows whether there are plans to build a unified information system at the federal level? After all, public health is state, why not? What opportunities would open for the collection of statistics ... There is the same GAS "Elections" and every other. Would include the creation of such a system in the national project corresponding, would come investments to domestic software developers ...
In general, I propose to gather facts and thoughts on this issue.

The state of automation in domestic health is deplorable. Not all institutions have computers. The software used is fragmented. As a rule, only reference information is automated. The level of computer training of staff leaves much to be desired.
However, Russia is full of talents. There are very good, at first glance, development with examples of implementation.
Medical information system "Medialog" . Implemented in dozens of institutions in Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
TrustMed software package . Several dozen implementations.
Evrika Company (St. Petersburg) has a medical IC.
Perm uses the online appointment service for a doctor .
There is even a complex implemented in the medical institutions of Denmark .
At the same time, judging by the article in PC Week , medical information and analysis centers (MIAC) have been created in all regions, which keep their programmers on staff and implement their own developments (from the article, in the Vladimir region this is Medbase).
Conclusion: with the necessary attention from the state, the infusion of the necessary funds, the conduct of a competent tender, I consider the task of finding the optimal software system for scaling to the federal level feasible. We have someone to work with, gentlemen!
