Little tricks when registering LLC

At the request of habraslitel (a) ...

If you have never registered a legal entity and in general “not in the tooth with your foot” about paperwork, then definitely go to intermediary firms. Firms brokers usually indicate the cost of their services excluding duties and notary. At best, they will have to come to them 2 times: 1 to pay, 2 - to take ready documents (well, if they have a notary nearby). Now we add: different rules in banks when opening a savings account + waivers + typos + lack of initial data = number of visits to a lawyer to strive for the "killed 8". Time and money, of course, you do not save, but the result, at least, will achieve.

All manuals in the internet - rubbish. There is outdated information, no need to go far topic on Habré . Or specially curves constituent documents. Often, all these sites are made by registrars, and it’s beneficial for them to ask for help. Do not trust the handicraft manuals, newly born specialists, can advise the "extra". I have opened firms for myself several times, and after half a year already you forget everything.

They, intermediary firms, force the situation, frightening start-up entrepreneurs with tax atrocities, queues, wasted time, etc. In fact, they themselves stupidly fill in your data with standard templates and charge 10,000 rubles for this. And in the tax stomp all the same YOU! Believe me, if you need a special charter, or you have a founder Yur entity, or a non-resident, then you will get more money from you.

Recently I learned that with each Government / Prefecture in Moscow there are business support centers. They provide services for registration Ltd., free advice on the phone. Their prices are lower than the market, they help to find the legal address. / as an advertisement, Luzhkov :)) / I did not use their services myself, I talked about other issues, in NEAD there are pleasant people.

The ideal option is to do everything yourself, but at the same time consult a specialist for the registration of an LLC. However, not everyone has such familiar lawyers, who will provide free advice and give the correct forms of documents.

Can someone tell the Internet sites worthwhile on this topic? Take note of yourself.

PS: there was still such an interesting case for me. Once I registered an LLC through a firm on the recommendation. Mentally communicated, they have their own notary without a queue nearby, all normul. After six months, I needed to make changes, but I already had all the documents ready (statements, articles of association, etc.). I called my “friend” and asked to check the documents and write me to the notary. I was willing to pay for it. She refused me, as if I personally insulted her with such a sentence.
