Yandex and Google: contextual advertising exchange

In general, I am probably not the first to notice that Yandex is advertised in Google Adwords.

But lately I come across their ads more and more ...



... and it turns out it's mutual :)

It is curious that both parties firstly do not interfere with each other, and secondly, they recognize the effectiveness of placing contextual advertising with a competitor :)
