How we registered Ltd.
In November, we successfully, just after the second attempt, registered the company. We are developing two Internet services, which partially overlap in functionality, but are intended for different audiences. For this we have created a separate company, in the framework of which development is underway. In early 2010, scheduled start of projects, then we will tell about them in more detail.
We had the experience of registering a legal entity, but the Russian reality throws new puzzles from year to year. Fortunately, posts about long lines at the IFTS, we saw after the submission of documents. In reality, we personally did not observe much excitement. Standard half a day crossed out of life for filing documents. In a statement in the column case did not indicate that this building - this was the reason for the refusal.

“- You will be chasing him half a day in the woods to shoot from your photogun, and then another half day - to give a photo!” So we ran to get a paper with a refusal.
Corrected, filed again, all successfully. Fortunately, the process of bureaucratic delays, in no way affected the main activities. We managed to organize business processes out of association with the registration of LLC. Even the office was removed, which is not easy when there are no requisites LLC.
