Start rating SEO-companies Runet 2009
On December 7, 2009, the portal “CMS Magazine” launched the rating of SEO companies, which is carried out within the framework of the “ Runet Rating ” project.
In the "Rating Runet" can take part any company engaged in search engine promotion sites. The rating methodology is simple and straightforward. The more the company promotes the websites and the higher the credibility indicators of these websites from the point of view of the search engines, the higher the SEO company is in the ranking. Companies participating in the rating, through their personal account, post information about the sites they promote.
The judges of the rating are the search engines Yandex and Google. SEO companies ranking is based on two important indicators: CY (the thematic citation index calculated by the Yandex search system) and PageRank (a numerical value characterizing the “importance” of the page in Google). These two values in the search promotion market have long been the main benchmarks that determine the authority of the site from the point of view of search engines, so their use in the ranking is quite natural.

The data for the rating will be collected until December 31, 2009.
The final results of the ranking - TOP-50 SEO companies of Runet , will be publicly presented in January 2010. Intermediate results are already available in real time on the page of the Runet Rating project.
