Last doubts are exhausted: the Internet! Here is the ground I was waiting for, where I really want to perform. Russian show business, about which I have an incurable phobia, it seems, has ceased to be the output number 1. Something new, more perfect channel of information has appeared, which will necessarily change the whole pattern of relations between the listener and the musician. If earlier one thousandth percent of what was created at that time was available to me, now I CAN choose and listen to whatever I want. Today's Web is somewhat fragile and ghostly, but, if you look further, it seems to me that ALL the hidden corners of the created music will, to one degree or another, be illuminated by the floodlights of the global network. The unreleased before the sun will come out due to lack of funds and the most impressive albums, which are not bright on the big stages, which will be analyzed by playlists by greedy music lovers. Music lovers will become unintentional producers of their idols, because there is no greater joy for a fan than sharing delight with friends. And if the material is worthy, in this way it will spread around the world faster than Beetlemania in the 63rd. There will no longer be a problem to find “our own” musicians, because they will be waiting for each other in the music communities, with their legs on the table in their studios around the world. It will not be necessary to flock to the megalopolises in order to "break out", because it will be possible to "break out" from the most deaf tmutrakani connected to the Internet. All this will make the show business much better, because empowerment ALWAYS improves quality. And I will no longer have to watch the mediocre performances of the next “folk artists” imposed by the producers, because I myself will choose WHAT to watch. And I, at last, will find that very touching, ringing cello, together in which we will make THAT MOST ..., which I dream and dream, hoping to be born someday.
And all this will happen so swiftly that gray hats will fly off the ubiquitous skeptics before they, in thought, scowl at their foreheads. Such a sudden optimism :)
