A HTC Hero QWERTY keyboard successor will be introduced in February

HTC is preparing a sequel to the most successful and recognizable Android-smartphone HTC Hero. Information leak occurred in the Swedish division of the company. The head of HTC-Sweden, Patrick Anderson, said the word that HTC will introduce the successor to Hero at Mobile World Congress, which is traditionally held in Barcelona in February.

However, the most interesting was found in the guts of a leaked ROM for HTC Hero with Android 2.1. It has a device called HTC Espresso. It is 100% known that this device has a Qualcomm processor, a frequency of 528 MHz, a QWERTY-keyboard and a display of 320x480 pixels.

But what about the HTC Dragon, you ask? Since it’s obviously unprofitable to announce the announcement of Android on board the company in a row, the appearance of the HTC Dragon can take place no earlier than March or April.
