How to deal with perfectionism?

I am a perfectionist, and this actually interferes with my work. The only thing that I came up with was found to counteract the endless improvement of the code - a rigid time frame for the design. Ie at some point I had to "stop thinking" and start coding. However, this almost does not work as my brain does not stop working on analyzing the problem. Often already falling asleep, I find myself thinking about the interfaces of classes or the structure of the database ...



Actually, this is where the question is, who is struggling with this phenomenon in himself and in subordinates?
