On the payment details page I’m offered “ Choose a country or region corresponding to the billing address you specify. ” And how much and how I didn’t fight, I won’t be able to see my country, Russia, there. And without this, there is no possibility to continue working correctly further. My calls to the support service did not lead to anything. In my attempts, I reached the point where I tried to deactivate my account in the My Account section. I clicked on the link, several days passed. I can still go there, I don’t see the links for deactivation, but now they give me another notification that the account has been deactivated and I need to activate to continue. Clicking on the link from the message and getting: “ We apologize for the inconvenience, but we cannot process your request at the moment. Our engineers are aware of this problem and are working on solving it. Keep in mind that using the Back button in the browser on The AdWords website may increase the likelihood of errors. If you think an error was caused by this, please try again without using the Back button. "
