I was faced with the need to register a domain in the .ru zone for a small non-commercial project. However, having stumbled upon a whole bunch of registrars, doubts began to torment me - is this or that registrar the best choice. My wishes are as follows:

• The registrar should provide convenient opportunities for remote management and payment of the domain. Because I am not a resident or a citizen of the Russian Federation; I cannot solve issues directly;
