New budget Android-phone HTC Touch B

It seems that HTC seriously began to implement its plan for the release of Android-smartphones. WinMo-communicators assigned the upper segment of the market, and the lower - is released for Android. The middle segment will be divided between Android and WinMo devices. Unfortunately, HTC Tattoo did not become budgetary, as it was planned in advance: the cost of official phones in Russia starts at around 13500 r.

As it became known to mobifrance.com, HTC is preparing another new product - the HTC Touch B smartphone. In fact, this is the HTC Touch2 version, but for the Android platform. By design, the Touch B resembles the evolution link of Touch2 in the Droid Eris. In general, the design was an amateur. You can also conclude about the specifications of the future Android-phone: Qualcomm MSM7225 @ 528 MHz, 2.8 "QVGA touchscreen, 512 MB ROM, 256 MB RAM, 3.2 megapixel camera. Apparently, the HTC Touch B will have a resistive touchscreen, like the HTC Tattoo. The novelty will be presented officially in the next couple of months.

Update: As it turned out, Touch B will not work under Android, but under Qualcomm BrewMP OS:
