Yesterday I wrote a small Django app for Google App Engine, but I couldn’t post it because I did not receive SMS from my auth. code. Of course, I was upset, I wrote in support of Google, and I myself began to think that it could be for the better, because there are more opportunities on a normal hosting.
But the next day I received such a letter:
Hello, ')
You’re receiving this email because you’ve verified your Google App Engine account using SMS. We need your account!

In my opinion this is a sample of the correct support. Yes, there is a strange requirement of authorization via SMS, but if the client has a problem with this, the problem will be solved.
For the day, which has passed since my appeal to support, I got used to the idea that I need to look for a normal host and transferred all the code to a normal Django. But this is another story and my attitude towards Google as a company has only become better.
