Habr still not friendly with Opera?

At first, Opera did not redirect after sending the record; because of this, the post was erroneously published twice. After that, apparently, the transfer to drafts does not work.
I don’t try to judge Russia, to which probably the lion’s share of Habr’s visitors belongs, but in Belarus the share of the Opera amounts to 38-40% and grows steadily from year to year.
