In its wont, the problems of the freelance team are the lack of clients, everything is clear, roughly speaking, “look for it and there”. I ran into another problem - the team. The range includes the following specialists:
Designer
Fucking php programmer :)
ASP.NET programmer.
Manager
Content manager
There is no most important and desirable, Mr. (senor) HTML coder. It seems that the task is quite simple to typeset sites, but here’s a paradox - there is no layout designer. In 2008, I worked on different conditions and fundamentals with 9 layout makers. Each (almost) had their brutal cockroaches in their heads. That would not be unfounded give an example.
The project, an elementary layout, is a simple huge cap that needs to be cut, with a z-index to put a logo on it and with the same perversion to put the phone with text in the lower left corner of the header, as a container for content a large white field (standard) and a simple thing under the gifs in as a footer. All this should be under the 1C-Bitrix. Agree, the task is simple, even if you do not know the bitrix, then preparing its layout is relatively simple. When communicating with the last member of my team in the role of the HTML coder, there were constant problems, tantrums that you don’t need to do all this (layout on the motion), everything is difficult, engines are angled, and so on. Before submitting the order for a couple of days, I turned to the maker-up with a request (not for free) to make one such layout as I described above. What I heard half an hour of inadequacy, whims and tantrums ...
I had a completely natural question, and to be precise even two:
1. Is this normal? Maybe I'm really wrong in this situation and I just don’t see it?
2. Tell me, how do you think should work HTML maker-up? What are the responsibilities of this person?

Tell me where to find a good, adequate HTML maker-up?
Our payment is on-project, on an ongoing basis (if you wish, you can get a job officially).
