ICQ again does not work

At first, an acquaintance wrote about the fact that he could not enter the network, after some time, and I experienced something like that. In anticipation of the next punishment of users for using non-charitable customers, I climbed on Habr, I did not find any mention here.

On qip.ru posted ad :

Dear users! Now there are problems on ICQ servers. If your QIP does not log in or the contact list does not load, then try again later. Problems are related to the unstable operation of AOL servers and occur in all, regardless of the client version.

UPD : Not everyone has a problem. Apparently only one or several servers do not work.
