On Friday, changed the law. I’m spinning a piece of paper laminated in plastic in my hand ... neither Tibe microchips, nor you magnetic code, nor you biometric identification :) - no changes whatsoever, now only photos are printed on a jet. It's a shame, because ten years have passed and no progress has been made and it is in our century of nano technology :)).
