standalone Google Wave Notifier

I think a standalone utility would be useful for many to notify about new waves, and so I found one.

Such a utility was found here . Very simple and similar to gmail notifier.



To date, there is such a functional:
- automatic message check, every 2 minutes
- notification of new waves and responses to the old
- auto update

in the future they plan to add work through a proxy.
