First Zend Framework Conference in Russia

The idea of holding a conference on the Zend Framework was born in the depths of the zendframework.ru community.
The conference is planned to be widely available. One day format. It will be either free or for any symbolic contribution (~ 1000 r). Since the core of the initiative group is located in St. Petersburg, we will conduct it in St. Petersburg. Alexander Veremev (ZF Core Team) supported the idea and I think will act as a speaker.
Preliminary topics from which we will choose what to discuss (by the presence of speakers)
1. Introduction to the Zend Framework
2. ZF and MVC, thick model
3. ZF and performance
4. ZF and security
5. Ajax strategies in the Zend Framework
6. Dojo and Zend Framework
7. Zend_Tool: Application Practice and Extension
8. Action Plan on Zend Framework 2.0

9. Internationalization
10. Authorization and access control
11. Unit testing (I would like something related to
various ways of organizing testing)
12. Zend_Form
13. Zend_Gdata
14. Zend_Services
15. ... Your wishes?!?!
There is an idea to make a “battle” of frameworks (similar to the one that was on ZendCon09). Does anyone know if there are strong representatives from Symfony, CakePHP, CodeIgniter, Agavi in the CIS? (Maybe even Core developers or contributors)
And now my questions to you :)
1. What other topics would you like to see lit?
2. Do you want to make a presentation on one of the designated topics or on something else (for non-residents, partial / full reimbursement of expenses for travel and meals is possible)?
3. How much are you willing to pay for the conference?
4. Are you ready to come to St. Petersburg?
5. What are your wishes?
