VimpelCom introduced a new line of tariffs, whose subscribers can pay for the conversation within 25 days after receiving the invoice. And MTS allowed loans for subscribers of all their tariffs. True, MTS subscribers will be able to receive a full-fledged loan only six months after using the service - before that they can “go into the minus” only by the amount of the collateral paid by them.
Megafon , the third operator of the Big Three, has no plans to extend a loan to its customers.
