Erlang / OTP R13B03

The long-awaited release of Erlang / OTP R13B03 has been released



The main thing in the release:

- Native Implemented Functions (NIFS) (see news , usage example )

- the main source branch of Erlang will be duplicated on GitHub



And:

- The format of the documentation has changed (frames disappeared, the content should now be properly indexed by search engines)
