Unfair weaning customers

A friend has a company, the company has a website. Yesterday while searching in Yandex, a friend discovered that in the issue, under a link to them, someone else's phone was “stuck”.

Having a little understood, found why:
The guys from the "competing" company marked themselves on Yandex Maps and entered a foreign web address. The company of my friend was not marked on the map.

Note: neither I nor my friend Yandex is blamed. This post in no way says that Yandex is not working well.

So two questions arise:

• 1. How to make the correct binding of the phone and the company in the issuance of Yandex?
• 2. How to protect yourself in the future?

This question is very important, because customers are lost.

UPD: I forgot to say that the non-conformity was reported to Yandex through the feedback form. A friend also called the Yandex office in our city.
