Good day. I decided to share my observations on what was happening in the company in which I work when the policy of leadership towards subordinates drastically changed. The company [is engaged in outsourcing] medium size - about 30 people. Among them are a staff of accountants, system administrators, 1c programmers and managers. At the moment I work as an IT department manager. I joined the company a year ago as a senior system administrator. Within 5-6 months everything was quite smooth. But on the 6th month I noticed that the company’s management is beginning to pursue an aggressive policy towards its employees: dismantling starts, trying to understand who is to blame, that the company will not receive profit. Employees began to be fired, and absolutely from all departments. The company was in fear and everyone was afraid that tomorrow he would be fired. This went on for about 2 months. And then came the climax. Employees gradually adapted themselves and began to write statements about leaving. The management tried to stop the flow of layoffs by raising wages, but everything turned out in vain. At the moment, in principle, everything has stabilized, but now we have no command, in the full sense of the word. What can not grieve, because I want to come to work not as a job, but as a holiday. In this case, labor productivity also increases and the general desire to work in the company. No wonder many companies have such a thing as team building. Therefore, comrades, if you have no desire to destroy the team, do not keep your company at bay, because the consequences can be very dismal.
PS This is my first post on Habré. Please do not judge much :)
