The extension gallery is open to developers.

Today, Google has launched an extension gallery , but as long as it is available only to extension developers, at the moment you can only download your extension and wait for it to be checked, and you need to upload not the finished * .crx file and the ZIP folder with the extension.

Now the process of updating extensions will be simple, after the new version is ready, it just needs to be downloaded to them and then it will be updated from other users.
