I will not comment, I think this is understandable.

Today I saw a topic about the situation with another hoster and its successful solution. It is nice that some cousters hosters worry about their business reputation.

Another email was sent to the support:

Please read this article (link to the article). And guess yourself, how are you different from the described hoster.
