There is such a portal, it is called gorod.dp.ua. This portal was one of the first serious urban portals, and to this day was very popular among the residents of Dnepropetrovsk. City news, photo galleries, a forum for discussing city problems ... The portal was clearly a profitable business, because it was constantly replete with advertising banners, the cost of which is clearly not small. And today, going to the site, on the place of the usual start page, I saw the following text:

Gorod.dp.ua is a small private business. Our audience is 60,000 grateful Dnepropetrovsk citizens every day who are used to getting all the information about the life of the city and the region from the site.
