Perfect CRM

I have been working in sales for a long time and I am absolutely not satisfied with what is being offered on the CRM market today. The main disadvantage of all CRM is that they are complex, 90% of the functions are not used by sellers, and they are not really needed, and there are no banal simple things that we all do (and do in Excel). I'm talking about CRM for salespeople of small companies, not about call-centers with a thousand operators and a million subscribers, but about ordinary sellers who have several dozen accounts in their work and a couple of hundred in the database.

About what kind of CRM wants such a seller (namely, I) under the cut.


Here are my requirements, they are simple and I believe that someone will make such a CRM:

1. It should be online, i.e. work in the browser (including on a mobile phone). I don't care where my database is hosted, but most likely it should be independent hosting (not dependent on the company where I work), because sellers always want to keep their base with them

2. It should be such a simple functional:
- Create an account (i.e. client company) (phone numbers, addresses, and several custom fields, taking into account the specifics of the work)
- To make a contact (that is, an employee of the client’s company) and link it to the Account (phone numbers, mail, skype) + links to LinkedIn, MyCircle is an important thing.
- To get a Report Plate on the Current (in operation) Accounts of the following type:

(I opened the tab - and you write a report for the day at once for all, you write work plans for the same day, you look at once all the accounts that are in work)
- CRM should be able to write letters by the link, to call.

3. That's all that vendors like me need.
If you have a small team of managers and you, as a manager, want to look at their movements, then it’s not difficult to provide for “multiuse” with rights.

4. I would like, of course, such a blessing, but I would pay $ 50 a year, many would pay.

Maybe I'm wrong? There are IT vendors on Habré, I want to hear the opinion of colleagues.
Maybe this CRM already exists, but I’m not looking? Open my eyes.
Maybe there is a Habré who likes the idea and he implements it?
