Open catalog of math puzzles

The American Institute of Mathematics together with the National Science Foundation opened the AIM Problem Lists website, a systematic catalog of unsolved mathematical problems, with a detailed description of each of them.

To begin with, four categories of topics were included in the catalog.

Braid groups, clusters and free probability
Low eigenvalues of the Laplace and Schrödinger operators
Equivalents of the Riemann hypothesis
Riemann's hypothesis and related problems
')
The catalog is conceived as open, and all members of the scientific community can replenish it.

Over time, this site will be an excellent help for novice scientists who are thinking about choosing a field of research. True, the work can be delayed for years and even decades, because some tasks remain unresolved for a very long time.
