On the Internet you can find a bunch of not very pleasant reviews and stories about the provider "Akado" ( byreading ). Moreover, “Akado” manages to annoy people with a bunch of very different ways: poor communication quality, annoying telemarketing, weak technical support, backdating tariffs, charging money for services after disconnecting from the provider.
Just with the last my classmate faced. Publish her story. Maybe after reading this, someone will not fall for the same bait.

In July 2008, I became a subscriber of Akado.Has concluded 2 contracts: the Internet and digital television. When connecting, I was given 1 month of free internet access. But sincehe braked a lot, after a couple of weeks (before the expiration of the month) I called Akado and said that I wanted to refuse this service. And all ... More to get through to them failed.
They called back themselves ... a month later (which, by the way, was already paid), asking the question: "Do you still want to abandon our Internet?" - "Yes, we want!".The bill had to be paid.A few days later the guys arrived and took the equipment.
I thought that this was all over, but it was not there. After about a month and a half, the money that paid for the television disappeared from the account. With difficulty, but I still got through to Akado. To the question "What is the matter?" Received a brilliant answer: "We reserved them in case you want to use the Internet again."The question is, why? After that, she assured me that I have no debts for the Internet!
But this again was not the end.At the beginning of November 2009 (a year has passed!) I received a letter with a receipt for payment from Akado, and the receipt was not indicated for what.Having phoned to the phone number indicated in the letter, to my surprise, I didn’t go to Akado’s office, but to some financial company. It turned out that I had a debt for October 2008 plus a penalty for the year of non-payment!Why they didn’t tell me this a year ago in Akado, why they waited so much time to send the bill, they didn’t answer me clearly.
As you can see, Akado handed over the debt that he took for a service that was turned off a year ago to a company engaged in “knocking out debts”. In order to completely get rid of them, Daria had to pay a monthly fee for the month + 2 times the penalty.
